When you think of a young woman first going out on to the world on her own, what words come to mind? Poised, determined, and confident? Talented singer-songwriter? Successful and signed recording artist? Not typically. For 24 year old Canadian recording artist Brea Lawrenson, however, that is her reality.

From as early as she can remember, Brea has focused everything in her life around her music and career. All of Brea’s hard work, focus and dedication through the years is finally starting to pay off now that she has signed with 618 Music Group in Nashville, TN.

The opportunity for Brea and 618 Music Group to work together came about through a performance opportunity near Nashville, Tennessee. Brea was asked to perform at the Main Street Festival in Franklin, Tennessee, the sister city to Brea’s hometown of Carleton Place, Ontario.
